These forms (Form A has 2 pages and Form B has 2 pages. (Use Guernsey OB only) should be presented together with the birds listed, if you are entering more than 15 birds in the race you must use two baskets and so on, each form must relate to the birds in the basket. This will mean your birds may be marked at one or more of the tables in operation but it will reduce the time you and those arriving after you will have to wait. Please ensure Cocks and Hens are in their own baskets.
ALL BIRDS MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE MARKING STATION 30 MINUTES BEFORE THE LATEST MARKING TIME
